Thank you for booking with Sacred Glimpse Photography! I’m genuinely excited to create beautiful images with you. This agreement keeps everything fair, clear, and positive for both of us! 💛📸

1️⃣ Image Edits & Artistic Style

Each photographer has their own creative style — and you’re here for mine!

To protect the quality and artistry of your photos:

Editing, altering, adding filters, cropping, or retouching my final images is not allowedwithout written permission.

Unauthorized image editing is considered a breach of contract.

2️⃣ Retainer Fee

A non-refundable $25 retainer fee is required to secure your session date.

This covers planning & prep and is applied toward your final total.

3️⃣ No Refund Policy

Once you book a session, I begin preparing immediately — including:

• Creative direction & planning

• Location coordination

• Reserving time away from family

Because that work happens whether we shoot or not, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is always welcomed when needed — just message me! 😊

4️⃣ Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time so we get the most from your session!

• 15+ minutes late → $10 late fee

• No call / no show → legal action may be taken

I’m always happy to reschedule — but please just let me know. Communication prevents all problems! 💛

5️⃣ Model Release Clause

You have permission to post and share your delivered images anytime — yay! 🎉

However:

Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, or changed in any way.

6️⃣ Weather Rescheduling

If weather affects an outdoor session, we will reschedule with:

✔ No stress — weather happens!

Any violation of this agreement — especially unauthorized editing or commercial use — may result in legal action or fees. Let’s avoid that by staying respectful and in communication! 😄
